Tour Itinerary
Arusha National Park is located near Arusha Town, before Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. Arusha National Park's amazing diversity of plants and animals makes it possible for it to be both spectacular and wonderful. The Lakes of Momella are situated in Arusha National Park between Mount Meru and Ngurduto Crater. They are home to marshes, meadows, and montane forests. The mountain slopes of Mount Meru are covered in tropical rainforest, creating a dramatic contrast near Arusha National Park.
We depart early in the morning from Moshi/Arusha for a one-hour wildlife drive in the Arusha National Park. Next, we embark on a half-day walking safari in Tanzania, followed by a half-day game drive. A knowledgeable, armed ranger will lead you on a walking tour through the forest to the waterfall where you can see black and white colobus monkeys. You will be able to see the Ngurduto Crater and the Lakes of Momella during the game drive. Along with other bird species, you can see buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, zebras, and gazelles. In addition, leopards and elephants, which are less common in Arusha National Park than in the Serengeti, may be spotted. We'll carry on with our game drive in the park till afternoon and then drive back to Moshi/Arusha Town.
