Throughout the day, guests are welcome to take breaks at crater picnic areas. These locations provide breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery as well as an opportunity to unwind and have a packed lunch in the company of nature. It is imperative that park visitors adhere to all rules and regulations in order to protect themselves and the animals.
Visitors will start their climb back up to the crater rim after spending the entire day exploring the Ngorongoro Crater. Another chance to savor the gorgeous views and mull over the amazing experiences of the day is during the drive back. Visitors will usually return to their starting point by late afternoon or early evening, capping up their one-day private safari to Ngorongoro Crater.
