Muktinath Pilgrimage Tour is one of the famous tour programs In Nepal. The Muktinath or Shaligram is a holy birthplace of river Kali Gandaki and the sacred Shaligrama-shilas. It is eight self-manifested places which can provide mukti or liberation to the living entities. This is the most visited pilgrimage sites in Nepal because of development of road facilities and become more easier then before. Basically, the temple lies in the district of Nepal across the Himalayas. Furthermore, Muktinath Temple is elevation of 3710 meter from the sea level and situated 24 km northeast direction of Jomsom. Muktinath Temple is a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists and this temple can also be reached after crossing Thorong-La pass.
The word Muktinath means the God of Nirvana or Salvation whereas Muktinath is a Lord Vishnu temple. Additionally, there is a faith that people will get relief from their sorrows and miseries after visiting and worshipping this temple. Furthermore, Hindu believed that Lord Vishnu lives at Muktinath temple in the form of ammonites. Ammonites mean Shila in Nepali and they worship the temple considering it as Shaligrama-Shilas. However, for Buddhists this place is one of the 24th Tantric places. Buddhist worship the temple as a place of Goddess Dakine whereas, Dakine are sky dancers in the Buddhist faith. Moreover on the way to Muktinath Temple you can enjoy with scenic Mountain view such as Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Nilgiri, Tukuche peak many more and also natural beauty of the region too.

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel Preparation for trekking and overnight in Kathmandu. (1336.m)
Day 2Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus and Visit around Lake side and overnight in Pokhara(2820m)
