TOUR DESTINATIONS: TARANGIRE | CENTRAL SERENGETI & NGORONGORO CRATER
DAY-1 | ARRIVAL
You will be picked up by our staff from Kilimanjaro International Airport to lodge. Our guide will answer all your other queries regarding your upcoming safari and provide you with a short briefing as well.
Kahawa House- After a long safari or just before commencing a day observing the wildlife relax in our beautiful country house hotel. Kahawa House opened in 2019. This homely lodge is the ideal base either on the way to the Parks, after a safari or even as a stopover on the way back home. The bedrooms are distributed in four two storey buldings. The rooms have a balcony and private bathroom.

DAY-2 | TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Full day dedicated to safari in Tarangire Park; countless animal species are attracted by the verdant environment and the perennial waterway of the river of the same name, especially in the dry season (July/November); The Park is home to 550 species of birds and is a bird-watchers paradise. In the evening I return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Tarangire-It is a protected natural area a hundred kilometers west of Arusha, on the road that leads to Dodoma, southeast of
Lake Burunge Tented Camp-Permanent tents Lodge. Located just 10 minutes from Tarangire National Park, Lake Burunge Tented Camp consists of 20 tents and 10 bungalows, located in a shady clearing. All tents offer spectacular views of Lake Burunge. The tents have an equipped veranda and private bathroom. The restaurant is in a beautiful location with a thatched roof, built on an elevated wooden platform. Outside it has an observation deck where you have spectacular 360° uninterrupted views of Lake Burunge.
DAY-3 | TARANGIRE TO SERENGETI
Departure for Serengeti National Park along the way you can admire the bottom of ngorongoro crater from the road that travels along the top of the same by jeep, and then descend again through a windswept lunar plateau dotted with the Boma Maasai. Reached the Serengeti at lunch. Afternoon game drives in the Park. In the evening I arrive at the tented camp.
Kati Kati Tented Lodge -The tented camp offers comfortable accommodations and a unique opportunity to enjoy a tented experience in the heart of the savannah. The camp is just a two-hour scenic road from the Olduvai gorges and the Grumeti River. A cozy tent in the center of the camp represents the dining room. The Camp consists of 10 tents with private services

DAY-4 & 5 | SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Serengeti-The Serengeti Plain is a region of about thirty thousand square kilometers, consisting of grassland, savanna and woods. The northern part belongs to Kenya (Maasai Mara), the southern part (about 80% of the total area) to Tanzania. The area is the natural habitat for a wide variety of animals; it is estimated to be inhabited by about one and a half million herbivores and thousands of predators. The most common animals are wildebeests, antelopes, gazelles, zebras and buffaloes. The plain is famous for the impressive migratory movements that every year see about one and a half million herbivores move.

DAY-6 | SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER
Breakfast and departure to Ngorongoro and descent into the crater, It follows half a day of Safari in Ngorongoro, dinner and overnight stay at Tloma Lodge.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a protected natural area of Tanzania that extends into the Ngorongoro Caldera area located in the Serengeti Plain, northwest of the city of Arusha and east of the Serengeti Park, with which it constitutes uninterrupted territory. The crater Ngorongoro lies at 2,200 meters above sea level, measures over 16 kilometers in diameter and occupies a total area of about 265 square kilometers. It is the largest intact caldera in the world. On the crown of the crater runs only one road, on the southern slope. In the center of the crater is a lake. In the crater the concentration of fauna is impressive: it is estimated to be inhabited by more than 25000 large animals. The most typical image is probably that of the huge herds of zebras and wildebeest, but in the crater inhabits most of the typical species of the savannah: elephants, lions (a hundred, this is the highest density population in all of Africa), buffaloes, hyenas, jackals, hippos, baboons, cheetahs, as well as some rather rare such as black rhinos, the last survivors of a species that is on the verge of extinction in the rest of Tanzania, and leopards, who live in the rainforest trees that cover the slopes of the crater.
Tloma Lodge- Offers cottages surrounded by nature, With beautiful views of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Each cozy room has a wardrobe, a large bathroom with shower and an equipped veranda from which to enjoy the view of the surrounding environment. The Lodge is located in Karatu, near the entrance to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and also Lake Manyara national park.

Depart the lodge in the Mid-Morning make your way to Kilimanjaro International Airport, for your onward travel.
