Day 1 - Meet and greet at the airport by our company representatives and transfer to Entebbe town for the night. Dinner and overnight at 2Friends Beach Hotel Entebbe. Meal plan: Dinner
Day 2 - Entebbe - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest - Early breakfast and pick up at 6:00am to transfer to Bwindi by road (9-10 hours’ drive) Lunch stop along the way and visit a cultural museum in Mbarara town. Dinner and overnight at Mahogany Springs Lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
Day 3 - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Gorilla Trekking experience.
This day is dedicated to Gorilla tracking which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. Please bring with you a rain jacket, long pants drinking water, snacks, good comfortable hiking shoes/boots, sunscreen, a hat, and insect repellent etc. for a great experience. The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates in the group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorillas which is perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 8 hours but it’s a well worth the effort. Optional: Time permitting, on return from the jungle you will go for a village walk/community visit for a great opportunity to see how the indigenous people live. This is a delightful moment to have in Bwindi as it gives you the opportunity learn and take time to appreciate the life of the local people

Day 4 - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park - Queen

Depart Bwindi after a relaxed breakfast on an interesting drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Dinner and overnight at Elephant Plains Lodge
Day 5 - Queen Elizabeth National Park – Wake up to an early breakfast before heading to Kyambura Gorge for a chimpanzee trekking experience that starts at about 8:00am lasting about 3-4 hours. A walk through this forest is very refreshing because of its bio diversity. This Gorge is also referred to as the underground forest endowed with other unique primates like colobus monkeys among others. Return to the lodge to refresh and rest.
After lunch go for a boat ride along the famous Kazinga channel - an opportunity to see Hippos, Buffalo, and Elephants coming down to drink on a lucky day, among others. The boat trip also gives visitors a chance to see a variety of countless bird species. Dinner and overnight at Elephant Plains Lodge. Meal plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Day 6 - Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kampala / Entebbe After your morning breakfast drive back to Kampala or Entebbe via Kasese-Fort Portal road for a chance to see more of the countryside and the famous foot hills of the Mountains of the moon with a lunch stopover along the way. Continue to be dropped off at Entebbe International Airport for your night flight home, Meal Plan Breakfast-Lunch Dinner
