Day 1: Arrival in Kampala

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge in Kampala
Activities:
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to your lodge in Kampala, Uganda’s bustling capital.
Depending on your arrival time, take a short city tour or relax after your flight.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Kampala to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary (2-3 hours drive)

Accommodation: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Lodge
Activities:
After breakfast, drive from Kampala to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a community-based conservation area dedicated to the restoration of rhinos in Uganda.
On arrival, take a guided nature walk to see the rhinos up close.
You’ll also have the chance to learn about the sanctuary’s conservation efforts.
Enjoy a peaceful evening at the lodge.
Overnight stay at the sanctuary.

Day 3: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to Murchison Falls National Park (2-3 hours drive)

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge in Murchison Falls
Activities:
After breakfast, drive to Murchison Falls National Park.
Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls, where the water dramatically plunges through a narrow gap in the rocks.
Take a hike to the top of the falls for incredible panoramic views.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Murchison Falls National Park – Game Drive and Wildlife Viewing

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge in Murchison Falls
Activities:
Early morning game drive in Murchison Falls, where you may spot lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and various antelopes.
After lunch, enjoy a second game drive or a visit to the park’s top attractions, including the Kaniyo Pabidi Forest, which is home to chimpanzees.
Relax and unwind at your lodge.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest National Park (5-6 hours drive)

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge near Kibale Forest
Activities:
After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, known for its incredible biodiversity and as the best place in Uganda for chimpanzee tracking.
The scenic drive offers views of rural Uganda, passing through villages and lush landscapes.
Evening arrival at the lodge.
Overnight stay near Kibale Forest.

Day 6: Kibale Forest – Chimpanzee Tracking & Nature Walk

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge near Kibale Forest
Activities:
Early morning chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest, where you can observe chimpanzees in their natural habitat.
You may also spot other primates, such as colobus monkeys and red-tailed monkeys.
In the afternoon, take a guided nature walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to various bird species and other wildlife.
Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 7: Kibale Forest to Queen Elizabeth National Park (2-3 hours drive)

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Activities:
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most visited park.
Arrive in time for a relaxing afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, famous for its high concentration of hippos, as well as crocodiles and a variety of birdlife.
Enjoy views of elephants and buffaloes on the shorelines.
Overnight stay at a lodge near the park.

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Game Drive & Ishasha

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge in Ishasha
Activities:
Early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, with chances to spot lions, leopards, and other wildlife.
After lunch, continue to Ishasha, the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth, famous for its tree-climbing lions.
In the late afternoon, embark on a game drive in Ishasha to see the unique tree-climbing lions.
Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge in Ishasha.

Day 9: Ishasha to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (2-3 hours drive)

Accommodation: Midrange Lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Activities:
After breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas.
On arrival, check in to your lodge and prepare for the next day's gorilla trekking adventure.
Enjoy the lush scenery and relax.
Overnight stay near Bwindi.

Day 10: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – Gorilla Trekking & Return to Entebbe

Accommodation: None (End of Safari)
Activities:
Early morning, go gorilla trekking in Bwindi, an unforgettable experience where you’ll have the chance to observe the gorillas in their natural environment.
After trekking, return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, drive back to Entebbe (approx. 8-9 hours) or opt for a short flight back (if available) to Entebbe for your international departure.
