Anyone can join this safari; it is the best of the bush combined with a relaxing beach holiday for relaxation. The Safari begins in Samburu; it offers wildlife and cultural experience of the Samburu, beautiful people then to a privately owned park Ol Pejeta. Masai Mara a highlight of a Kenyan wildlife safari is not to be missed, this park offers a great cultural experience and not to mention the big five, nature walks are available. Amboseli offers a great experience, weather allowing you will be able to see Mt. Kilimanjaro and also a big population of elephants before retiring to the beach for activities or pure relaxation in Mombasa at our white and sandy beaches.
Day 01 : 24TH AUG 2012
Nairobi
Arrival in Nairobi and transfer to the Pride Inn Hotel for overnight. Dinner at own cost at preferred cuisine.
Day 02 : 25TH AUG 2012
Nairobi / Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast we depart by road to Samburu National Reserve to arrive in Samburu in time for lunch at Samburu Simba Lodge. The Afternoon will be at Leisure and an afternoon game drive is scheduled at 1630hrs.
Samburu game Reserve is a place of endless skies, dust-red plains and palm-fringed river with rocky battlements, craggy scarps, dry riverbeds and fallen boulders. The river Uaso Nyiro is the lifeline with a huge population of crocodiles. The game reserve is has rare species of animals that can only be found in this park, like the long necked gerenuk, Grevy zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa oryx. At 1930hrs Dinner and overnight at Samburu Simba Lodge.
Day 03 : 26TH AUG 2012
Samburu National Reserve
An early morning game drive at 06300hrs, to try and locate the leopard which is a frequent visitor in this park. The park has an abundant species of birds and can turn even the most reluctant guest in to an avid bird watcher. The rest of the morning at leisure followed by lunch at 1230hrs. The afternoon will be at leisure followed by an afternoon game drive at 1630hrs. Optional activity: visit to Samburu village at an extra cost. At 1930hrs Dinner and overnight at Samburu Simba Lodge.
Day04: 27TH AUG 2012
Samburu /Sweetwaters Tented camp
An early morning game drive at 06300hrs, thereafter breakfast at 0830hrs and proceed to Ol Pejeta Conservancy by Road to arrive in time for lunch at 1230hrs. The afternoon will be at leisure followed by an afternoon game drive at 1630hrs. Ol Pejeta Game Sanctuary hosts all the members of the ‘Big Five' (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard), the conservancy has a higher wildlife-to-area ratio than any Kenyan national park and is one of only four private game conservancies to have been founded in Kenya. The conservancy boasts the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya, and shelters large numbers of rare and endangered species. At 1930hrs Dinner and Overnight Sweet Waters Tented Camp.
DAY 05:28TH AUG 2012
Sweetwaters Tented camp/ Naivasha
After breakfast, proceed for a game drive with a visit to the CHIMPANZEE sanctuary. We check out and depart South West to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon boat-ride (optional) for US $25 per person up to Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight at Sawela Lodge.
DAY 06: 29TH AUG 2012
Naivasha/Masai Mara
After breakfast we depart further west to The Masai Mara National Reserve which is a UNESCO world heritage site, arriving in time for lunch at the Ol Moran Tented Camp. Maasai Mara National Reserve (also spelled "Masai Mara" and known by the locals as 'the Mara') is a large game reserve in south-western Kenya, which is effectively the northern continuation of the Serengeti National Park game reserve in Tanzania. Named after the Masai people (the traditional inhabitants of the area) and their description of the area when looked at from afar - "Mara", which is Maa (Masai language) for "spotted": an apt description for the circles of trees, scrub, savannah and cloud shadows that mark the area. DAY 07: 30TH AUG 2012
Masai Mara
We embark on an early morning game drive to try and locate wildebeest migration and possibly witness a river crossing. After breakfast we spend the morning at leisure. A Masai cultural village visit can be organized at an extra cost. Lunch will be at Ol Moran wildlife camp and thereafter an evening game drive at 1600hrs to view this animal haven. Dinner and overnight at Ol Moran Tented Camp.
DAY 08: 31ST AUG 2012
Masai Mara /Nairobi
We embark on an early morning game drive to try and locate anything we may have missed and also get a last glimpse of this animal haven. After breakfast the rest of the morning is spent at leisure and thereafter lunch at Ol Moran Tented Camp. After lunch we depart for Nairobi to arrive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Pride-inn hotel.
Day09:01ST SEPT 2012
Nairobi-Amboseli
Depart Nairobi in the morning driving across the Athi River and Kapiti plains past the Kenya Tanzania border town of Namanga arriving Amboseli national park in time for lunch. Enjoy an evening game drive to observe the picturesque Amboseli. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp, located at foot of majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Day10: 02ND SEPT 2012
Amboseli-TsavoWest
Early morning games drive in search for animals that we may have missed. Return to your lodge for breakfast and afterwards head for Tsavo West National Park via Mzima Springs, where from an underwater tank, it is sometimes possible to watch a hippo along the floor of this crystal springs.Tsavo is wild, enormous and diverse and is famous for its large herds of elephant. After lunch, an afternoon game drive is provided. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Lodge.
Day11: 03RD SEPT 2012
TsavoWest/Mombasa
An early morning game drive is provided in this park where birds are very common. Return for breakfast at your lodge and depart by road for the coastal town of Mombasa. Upon arrival in Mombasa, transfer to a Beach hotel. Rest of afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Mombasa Serena Beach Hotel.
Day12:04TH SEP 2012
Mombasa
You have a full day at Leisure after breakfast. Lunch is on own cost. A city tour of Mombasa to sample some of the Swahilli (local) cuisine. You can also visit the Old Arab Town, you will see the intricate hand carved doors, and balconies hanging over the narrow streets, unchanged for hundreds of years. You shall visit Fort Jesus which was built by the Portuguese over 400 years ago to protect their interest in East Africa against Omani Arabs. See how it went from a fort to a prison, to a tourist attraction. The afternoon is at leisure.In the evening enjoy dinner and overnight at Mombasa Serena beach hotel, a truly unforgettable night experience.

Mombasa
Day in Mombasa at Leisure.

This is the day of your ultimate pleasure and adventure. In the early morning after breakfast, you will leave for the small fishing village of Shimoni. The village is amongst the oldest town with some historical remains, is not far from Tanzania border Lunga Lunga.
A Swahili sailing dhow , now motorized, carries you leisurely through an enchanting seascape of islets and reefs to the wonderful marine sites of Kisite. Time means nothing here as you float in the world of marine fantasy.
Kisite marine park, being one of the best parks in the world, is where you will do your snorkeling, the coral garden, inhabited by thousands of different types of fishes and sea creatures. You will be able to experience one of the lasting memories of these beautiful marine species, which will fascinate you to the end.
After the experience of the snorkeling at the marine park, you shall sail with the dhow along the islands of archipelago. During the sailing you will be able to see armies and schools of dolphin which inhabits along the islands, if weather permits. Furthermore being accompanied by Professional captain will definitely make the trip more fascinating.
Lunch will be at Wasini Mpunguti Lodge, which serves fascinating seafood with other Swahili cultural dishes like Giant Island Crab served on wooden plate, coral sea weeds cooked in coconut milk and many more.
After lunch you will be taken for an island tour where you will see the coral gardens and culture of the island people. You need to take sun protection kits, sandals or tennis shoes and cover up dresses, sarong or kikoi for a visit to the Muslim village of Wasini. A boardwalk on the mangroves bridge extends from the end of the village out through the fossil coral garden in to the fabulous world of mangroves and sea birds nesting areas.
After this return to Mombasa Serena beach hotel for Dinner and overnight.
Day 14: 06TH SEPT 2012
Mombasa-Nairobi/Departure
After breakfast, relaxation followed by checkout. Proceed to to Nairobi by road with a picnic lunch at Mtito Andei. Transfer to JKIA depending on timings of your outbound flight.
