Trek to Tilicho Lake (5,200 m) and Tilicho Base camp(4,915m), 5km
Day 09 :
Tilicho base camp to Yak Kharka (4,050 m), 7 km 5-6 hrs

Ascend to High Camp (4,925 m), 7.3km - 4 to 5 hrs
Day 11 :
Cross Thorong La Pass (5,416 m) and descend to Muktinath (3,800 m), 10km, 7-8 hrs

Muktinath to Jomsom (2,720 m), 23.9km - 5 hrs
Day 13 :
From Jomsom to Pokhara(820m)
Day 14 :
Pokhara to Kathmandu(1400 meters), 204km
