Gorrepani Poon Hill trek - 10 days

Gorrepani Poon Hill trek is perhaps the short and ultimate trek in the Himalayan region of Nepal and also one of the most famous and adventurous treks in Nepal which deals with the panoramic sights of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri ranges and an awe-inspiring holy mountain of Machhapuchhre(Fishtail) which is situated at the height of 3210m. Poon Hill trek is a short and easy trek to the Annapurna region which lets you observe the prettiness of various snow-capped mountains, the lovely village of Ulleri, Ghorepani, and Ghandruk. Moreover, you will also get chances to happenstance and spot charming villages settled by Gurungs and Magars. You will find an exciting glance at the high mountains along the course of hiking in every corner of your trek. The view on Poon Hill bids the greatest view of owing sunrise and mountains such as; Mt. Annapurna (I), Annapurna South, Annapurna II, III, IV, Tukuche Peak, Gangapurna, Barasikhar, Lamjung Himal, Nilgiri, Hiunchuli and Manaslu range. You can find various wonderful dense rhododendron forests that are full of birds and imaging valleys make your journey more satisfying.

Poon Hill trek formally begins from Nayapul after one and a half-hour drive from Pokhara. This pleasing trace will follow the beautiful cultural village of Ulleri, Ghorepani, and Ghandruk. We will incline from Nangethati to Ghorepani and remain overnight at the teahouse enjoying the moment with singing and dancing. After waking up at the pause of first light, we’ll scramble to Poon Hill for dawn to see the natural beauty of nature over the Himalayan Mountains. From Poon Hill, we walk down to the teahouse and eat some delicious food. At that point, we ramble down to Ghandruk town which is a tremendously noticeable beautiful town of Gurung where various people from different ethnic groups gather. Here you can meet their deep-rooted and unique traditions and culture and attach with the nearby individuals. After spending a beautiful night at Ghandruk town we will follow the sequence to Nayapul and follow the land transport. We meet frequently associated trekkers up and down the route during the trek.

Itinerary
Day 1: Reach Kathmandu
When you arrive in Kathmandu, a representative will take you to a hotel. We will discuss the tour later. In the evening, you will be served a special dinner featuring Nepali food culture.
Day 2: Exploration in Kathmandu
Day 3: Drive to Pokhara
Day 4: Drive to Nayapul and then Trek to Tikhedunga
Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani
Day 6: Tadapani along Poonhill
Day 7: Trek to Ghandruk
Day 8: From Ghandruk to Pokhara
