Ama dablam expedition - 32 days

Ama Dablam which translates in the Nepali language as “Mother’s necklace” is aptly named for the impressive glacier on the Southwest face that resembles a jewel box hanging on the neck of the magnificent mountain. Ama Dablam is a mountain in the eastern Himalayan Range 152 km northeast of Kathmandu. There is also a lower western peak (6,170/20,243 ft). The ascent to the peak is usually via the southwest ridge with three camps established along the ridge, and camp three situated below the hanging glacier (the Dablam).

11 Nov. 2022 Day 32: Transfer to Kathmandu airport for final departure
