Day 1
Arusha - Tarangire National Park
Day 2
Tarangire - Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast at 6.30 am, drive 180km to Ngorongoro with a packed lunch included. Descend onto the crater floor for both morning and afternoon game drives. All of the Big Five (rhino, lion, leopard, buffalo, and elephant) inhabit this wonderful caldera. Other animals found here include zebra, hippo, wildebeest, hyena, and more. Birds include flamingos on Soda Lake, geese, storks, vultures, and more. Your lunch will be served at the picnic site in the crater at Ngoitoktok swamp (a hippo pool). After lunch, proceed with game viewing and then ascend the crater at 4.45 pm for dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 3
Ngorongoro - Serengeti National Park

Have breakfast in Ngorongoro, then begin a game drive en-route to the great Serengeti National Park. After a picnic lunch, continue with an afternoon of game viewing in the park, which is home to lion, leopard, elephant, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, eland, wild dog, gazelle, crocodile, and more. Birds found here include the Eurasian migrants. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the campsite.

Day 4
Serengeti - Lake Manyara National Park
Enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti and then return to your lodge or camp at 8.45 am for breakfast. Check out and drive 220km to Manyara via Olduvai Gorge, eating lunch along the way. Spend the evening going for a short 3km walk, relax by the pool (if at a lodge) or around the camp, or go on an evening game drive in Manyara Park. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the campsite.

Day 5
Lake Manyara - Arusha
Breakfast will be followed by a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. At 12.45 pm, exit the park and return to your lodge or camp for a hot lunch. After lunch, check out and drive back to Arusha.
